Sub-Processors

To support the delivery of Services, Dataminr may engage third parties (referred to as Sub-Processors) that process certain Customer Personal Data. Dataminr engages different Sub-Processors to perform various functions as explained in the table below. Prior to engaging any Sub-Processor, Dataminr performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations with such party.

Depending on the geographic location of the Customer, and the nature of the Services provided, Dataminr may also engage one or more of its Affiliates listed below to deliver some of the Services to Customer.
